In some more enlightened countries, HR is forbidden to ask a prospective employee about his/her marital status during the interview process, it prevents bias and discrimination. The same goes for religion.
Seems like it is the norm for employers here to ask interview candidates about their marital status and religion. What the fuck is the Ministry of Manpower doing all these years?
Interviewer ever asked me..Do you have plan to get married in the next 1-2 yrs.
Next they might just ask...Did you have sexual intercourse without caps recently to rule out chances of being a father LOL

The PAP has screwed lots of lives ....don't think that they have the support of 60 percent. They would be lucky to have 40 percent.
The Opposition is dealing with bread and butter issues. In time, they will kick out the obvious choices. Why help the PAP solve their mess?
Democracy will keep a government honest. Freedom gives people a true choice. When people have the ability to challenge authority and the freedom to choose, we wouldn't have foreigners taking jobs away from citizens. Which country in the world allows unlimited foreigners to come and seek employment? Our millionaire ministers are traitors.

sam, this is like saying if LHL can be prime miniseter, why can't anybody else be the PM. Stop at 2 was the best pap policy ever..just tat they gone into rent seeking behaviour. Want to tax more so have ppl. At tat time did pap ever consider got more ppl means got more tax? They think tat we cant afford big popn..wat change? With a proper old age policy etc theso called grey tsunami would have been immensely mitigated. Instead of using this bs open door crap.

Look at what happened to HP, Seagate, Micropolis, ....? If Spore is so wonderful why have so many move to "cheaper" places like LOS, Malaysia, China....
If cost is the issue then why is the PAP paying themselves million dollar salaries?
There used to be many foreign owned eateries. Many don't last.
