PMEs really no help meh?

Even if there is help, some people will make it sound like there is no help. I personally think this is not fair for people who really can do with any help they can get, especially the lower-range PMEs who might need the assistance for their family etc.

they will help by upgrading them to cleaner & security guard after u attend their courses at WDA.
