may global MNCs advertised PMET jobs for local business units i.e. supposed to allocate local citizens and meet the quota for their EDB subsidiaries and benefits from the country. but due to the wayang government agencies and ministers such as MOM, sgcareer etc. these local PMET Jobs were ultimately assigned to foreigners brought in by the global MNCs in the name of foreign talents whereby there is ZERO end2end inspections if there is really no such local talent available !!!

our wayang government and agencies continue to trick local citizens by assuring many availabe PMET jobs but did not reveal that most of these jobs are taken by "foreign talents" and/or they were NEVER meant for local citizens even it was quoted. and EDB just blindly award subsidiaries and benefits to these global MNCs citing they have successfully lured them to local investments!

when these foreigners are here, they'd know that their stint may not last more than 2, 3 years or so . . . . they would not be bother to create jobs for local business units or local citizens! in fact, they'd rather reserve for their counterparts from their homeland or worst . . . . they survived here by reducing jobs or cut expenses in local busines i.e. squeezing more from local employees exactly like PAP to the 61% voters!

this whole securing jobs for local citizens by our PAP governments are wayangs only. they just do the wasy ones like washing trays, bowls, plates etc. in food courts stuffs
mysgcareer is nothing but a scam to all local citizens by our government agencies.

MOM aggravated the situation because they demand a lot of white collar staff to work from home. Some didn't go office for 3-4 months. It is like reminding businesses that these jobs can be outsourced overseas.

Anyway, the job support scheme will end in Sept/Oct, then we can assess the real impact.
