It is a true fact that China has been heavily investing in our neighboring state Johor be it in properties, industrial parks, port, railways, shopping malls etc.
This has been happening more than 5 years and if you go across the border you'll see the landscape of Johor has changed a lot.
Sillyporeans living in the north will no longer spent their time and $$$ during weekends going to Orchard, Vivio etc but choose to head north where they can better spend their $$$.
