Load of bullshit from Taiwan nonsense talkshow. Last time I visited Orchard road, still busy. Those pic were taken either at odd timing like before opening hours or some obscure corner of the many many shopping malls.
While it is true that Singapore is experiencing dipping of GDP, and is probably heading for recession, this is true globally. China is also having a drop in their GDP and China has more hidden problems than they want you to think, just like the USA. One major problem is the world propping up their market through printing of paper money. This is true in Europe, in China with their exchange rate control and especially in USA. What the world need is a major correction to correct the current price which is way overdue.
