TracyTan866: Anyone with police experience or have friends in the SPF will tell you the room ceiling is the limit for the junior officers when and where feedback is concerned. When it is political in nature, it won't be the room ceiling. It does not exist.
If the Commanders and respective directors from PHQ are all merely waiting to score political points from their masters, can their juniors not toe the line? Everything is top-down in a uniformed group. If you try to be different, life's going to be miserable. Whatever good or bad is already deeply entrenched.
It's SPF's loss if the management does not treasure feedbacks because they are given by Junior officers. Sometimes the most relevant and important feedbacks are from the ground officers because they are intimately involved with the people
