And the NEA staff didnt do anything abt it?
I think NEA owes Singaporeans a clarification..ie is it ok to sell newpapers/newsletter without a hawking licence. NEA staff shd not go around harassing singaporeans when there are no clear guidelines regarding hawking

The news of the summoning was communicated to WP which has also been actively selling party newspapers. WP actually stopped selling for a week to check the law, then resumed again.
