郑明岗,武警陕西省总队咸阳市支队八中队班长。一场大病,6次截肢手术,让他失去了左小腿。但肢体的残缺没有折损他奔跑的动力,更没能脱下他心爱的军装。

少了半条腿,他前进的脚步却无半点拖沓。他先后荣获第21届“中国武警十大忠诚卫士”提名奖、武警部队“十大标兵士官”、陕西省“自强好青年”“岗位学雷锋标兵”、咸阳市“十大杰出青年”“青年突击手标兵”等多项荣誉,当选陕西省第十三次党代会代表,荣立个人二等功1次、集体三等功1次。
小拇指、无名指、中指、半脚掌、脚踝、小腿,3个月、6次截肢手术、4次病危,郑明岗曾在鬼门关前走了数遭。
2014年5月,年仅22岁的郑明岗迎来噩耗,他被查出患了动脉血栓脉管炎。那时,这个血气方刚的年轻人对这种疾病还很陌生。恰逢中队正在搬迁,他带领战士夜以继日地守在工地上忙乎,顾不上病痛,也耽误了最佳治疗期。
随着病情恶化,他痛得彻夜失眠。等他再到医院时,已经没有了与病魔讨价还价的余地,必须截肢。

更不幸的是,由于体质特殊,他对很多药物过敏。
双手攥着的床单被撕裂,嘴唇被自己咬破,身体剧烈颤抖……“我能明显感受到手术刀在我身体里割来割去。” 郑明岗在手术台经历了常人无法想象的剧痛。
这样的剧痛,郑明岗接连“品味”了6次,从左脚拇指一直截到了膝关节。他抓烂了20多条床单,体重从120多斤降到不足80斤。
2015年7月10日,郑明岗永远也忘不了这个日子。装上假肢的那一刻,这个钢铁汉子哭得像个孩子。
“姐,我怎么觉得装上假肢以后,左腿就像踩在棉花上一样,不像我自己的腿,好难受啊!”第一次练习走路,他刚迈出第一步,还没有站稳,就重重地摔在了水泥地板上。
“厄运无法让我跪地求饶。”在医院的病房和院子里,尽管衣服被汗水浸湿,假肢上满是鲜血,他仍不停地一步一步往前挪。
30天之后,郑明岗竟然已经适应假肢,能正常走路了。
“太厉害了!一般情况下病人装上假肢3个月后才能正常走路。他是一个真正的军人。”护士杨艳说,医护人员都称赞他是“刀锋战士”。
出院当天,他就向支队递交了归队申请:我是一名战士,请求组织让我回归战位。

截肢后刚刚归队时,中队干部怕他累着,特意安排战友照顾他的日常生活。他婉拒了战友的好意,不想成为大家的“包袱”。他暗暗发誓:要像正常人一样当好“普通士兵”。
那是浴火重生的艰苦过程。为了恢复到尖兵状态,他拼着命训练。
第一次器械训练时,他不慎从单杠上摔了下来,“左小腿”甩出很远,他单腿蹦跳到假肢前,安好后继续训练……
他主动请缨参加5公里长跑训练,不料成绩不合格,这激起了他的斗志。为了达标,别人跑3公里,他就练习5公里;别人练习5公里,他就穿防弹衣、绑沙袋跑。长跑时,他的左膝关节常会被磨烂,血水沿着假肢淌下来。别人问他痛不痛,他以“那条痛的腿已经不在了”作答。

半年以后,他的军事科目成绩全部达到优秀。如今,他单双杠能完成五练习、俯卧撑一口气能做200多个、25分钟能跑完5公里武装越野,还担任了擒敌、战术、器械等5个科目教员。
武警陕西省总队给他记个人二等功,并向全体官兵发出“向郑明岗同志学习争当训练尖兵”的号召。

2015年12月,他向中队党支部郑重递交了申请,请求再次担任班长。为避免繁重任务影响他身体康复,中队党支部婉拒了他的请求。第二天早操,他自告奋勇为中队官兵表演了精湛的擒敌技术,再次向组织递交了申请。在他的坚持下,2016年年初,他如愿重回班长岗位。

近日,据中国科学院官网报道,中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院核能安全技术所研究团队基于强流氘氚中子源科学装置HINEG,与哈尔滨工业大学联合开展了航空发动机涡轮叶片残芯中子照相试验研究,成功检测出了叶片内部的微量残芯,为航空发动机涡轮叶片的制造检测工艺提供了重要支撑。

涡轮叶片是航空发动机产生推力的关键部件,叶片熔模铸造过程中残留的陶瓷型芯会降低其冷却性能,甚至阻塞冷却通道,导致叶片过热损坏,从而严重影响发动机安全。因此,发动机叶片内部残芯的检测极为重要。此次,对航空发动机叶片内部的残芯的检测就是利用基于强流氘氚中子源装置HINEG的中子照相技术。在这里大家肯定会问强流氘氚中子源装置HINEG是什么,中子照相技术是什么,它们两者是什么关系?简单来说,中子照相是一门技术,它是利用中子穿透物质从而检测物质结构性质。而要实现这门技术就必须提供稳定的中子,这里强流氘氚中子源装置HINEG就是提供中子的中子源。
强流氘氚中子源装置HINEG(中子源)
强流氘氚中子源装置HINEG是一种产生强流中子束的设备,是在2018年1月由中科院核安全技术研究所FDS凤麟核能团队成功研发的。其产生的中子源强度在现行同类装置中排名第一。中子靶是装置HINEG的核心系统之一,强流离子加速器产生高功率氘离子束轰击含有氚的中心靶,在中心靶上发生氘氚核变反应产生中子。为了产生强流的中子束,中心靶需要承受高功率离子束的轰击,带来靶上高强热流散出难题。此时,HINEG中子靶承受的热流密度是太阳表面热流密度的3倍。如果散热问题解决不好,靶温度迅速升高,其内含有的氚会快速释放,就无法实现中子的持续稳定产生。靶温升高过快时,甚至会出现瞬间被熔穿烧毁的情形。为了解决该问题,FDS凤麟核能团队发明了阵列射流耦合强剪切场的高效散热技术,成功实现了高效散热,使装置HINEG实现中子的持续稳定产生。
中子照相(技术)
中子照相监测技术是利用发射散角很小的均匀的准直中子束垂直穿透需要检测的物体来进行检测的方法。由于中子不带电荷,因此在穿透物体时,与原子核外围的电子不发生电子库伦力的作用,中子可以轻易的穿过电子层,直接击中原子核发生核反应,如:吸收反应、裂变反应或散射反应等。这种反应越强烈,中子强度减弱得越多,使得穿透的中子束的强度发生相应的减弱。这种减弱强度大小与物体内部单位体积内的核素性质、核素种类以及原子核的密度有关,同时也与被穿透物体的厚度有关。因此穿透中子束的强度变化受到物质内部结构的影响,如果我们对这种强度变化可以用图像检测器加以记录和显示,此时图像的信息可以反映物质内部核素,密度和厚度的变化,即实现中子照相。

中子照相技术具有很多独特的特征和功能。
一般情况下,普通金属与中子的核反应的截面都比较小,而大多数轻材料是碳氢化合物,其中的氢原子对中子具有较大的散射截面,从而使中子的穿透强度大为减弱。因此,当需要检测重金属内轻质材料的分布状态时,中子照相检测可以达到比较高的灵敏度。这是X射线照相检测无法比拟的。如:中子照相技术可以清晰的显示出弹壳内装药量的多少,而X射线照相无法做到。

对于原子核中质子数相同而中子数不同的同位素来说,虽然它们的物理和化学性质略有区别,但内部结构区别很大,如:锂—6和锂—7、铀—235和铀—238,它们两两之间互为同位素,但是核反应的截面积却相差百倍,所以此时我们就可以利用中子照相技术很容易区别锂—6和锂—7、铀—235和铀—238。
对于放射性物质进行X射线照相时,物体自身放出的射线可以直接在X射线胶片上感光,造成严重的干扰“云雾”使透视图片“强灭”,使得检测工作无法实现。而中子照相技术采用对中子反应截面较大的半衰期稍长的转换屏来记录中子图像,从而将各种射线消除掉,实现中子透视图像显示。如:燃烧后期的核燃料元件,其放射性及其强大,如果要检测它的内部缺陷和燃耗情况,只有中子射线照相才能进行无损检验。
两者的关系
实现中子照相需要中子源装置提供中子,同时按照产生中子能量从低到高可以分为冷中子照相,热中子照相与快中子照相,随着能量的增加穿透力能力逐步增强而检测对比度与分辨率逐步降低。强流氘氚中子源装置HINEG可以提供稳定高密度的中子流,但是中子的能量高,需要在源的周边围以适当的慢化物质,使快中子慢化为热中子。因为快中子穿透能力强,在照相过程中难以探测,图像的分辨率低。而热中子与物质的作用截面大、不同材料之间截面相差大,同时热中子容易探测。慢化的同时利用直准器使源发射的中子形成平行的或发散的中子束,提高照片的分辨率。
所以本次中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院核能安全技术所研究团队将HINEG产生的强而稳定的中子源,慢化准直以后实现高灵敏度且快速的热中子源的热中子照相检测,利用HINEG热中子照相终端,可清晰地检测出叶片内部质量为mg量级的残芯,显示出了HINEG优良的中子照相分辨特性,实验结果为该型号涡轮叶片的制造检测工艺提供了重要数据参考。
采用不同中子源的中子照相技术
实现中子照相技术,不仅可以利用强流氘氚中子源装置HINEG作为中子源。近期,中国原子能科学研究院核物理研究所副研究员韩松柏利用位于北京房山区的中国先进研究堆(CARR)(2010年5月首次临界)也开展了中子照相实验。与装置HINEG利用强流离子加速器产生高功率氘离子束轰击含有氚的中心靶从而发生氘氚核变反应产生中子不同,中国原子能科学技术研究所的中国先机研究堆(CARR)采用裂变的方式(以铀(或钚)作核燃料实现受控核裂变链式反应)得到中子。此次韩松柏开展中子照相实验的高通量中子源功率高达60MW,中子通量高,其规模目前排名亚洲第一、世界第三。堆芯发生裂变产生中子,从孔道穿出,向四面发散。由于中子源的建设成本很高,通过使用导管把中子引入到另一个大厅,可以损失很少的中子,以更好地利用每一个中子。

中国原子能科学研究院同中航工业北京航空材料研究院等12家单位开展中子成像相关研究。这些研究很好的体现了中子照相技术的特点和优势,如:
航空发动机叶片脱芯测试——通过图像增强技术可以很可靠地观测到航空发动机叶片脱芯测试过程是否脱芯完全;
干电池与锂离子电池中子照相——可清晰地观测到干电池与锂离子电池在满电与耗尽时的内部结构和状态;
压力容器钢焊接——利用能量选择中子成像研究压力容器钢焊接,可细致微观地研究结构相变、织构以及进行应力分析;
油渗沙4D测量,砂岩自发吸渗,混凝土裂缝毛细吸附——X射线无法观测水的运动过程,而中子成像可以观测到这些行为;
混凝土钢筋锈蚀中子CT测量——将混凝土钢筋放在配置好的一个腐蚀液里,每过一段时间进行一个检测,中子成像不但可以把钢筋的图层剥离出来,可以把铁锈的图层剥离出来,从而观测到腐蚀演化的进程。

A rescue helicopter has crashed in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), killing its four crew members. The aircraft spun out of control and plummeted to a fiery doom.
The helicopter, belonging to the UAE’s National Search and Rescue Center, crashed near the country’s highest mountain, Jebel Jais, on Saturday. Dramatic footage of the incident circulated on social media, showing the red and white aircraft plummeting to the ground.

The aircraft crashed on rough terrain, catching fire on impact. Its crew of four – two pilots, a navigator and a doctor – have been confirmed dead. The medical worker on board was reportedly a foreigner, while the three others were UAE nationals.
The helicopter was on a rescue mission to airlift an injured man from the mountain, but it crashed before picking him up. While the exact cause of the incident has yet to be determined, local media report that the helicopter may have tipped a zipline.
