以上的两条消息,时间距离如此之短,大家可以做出自己的判断,笔者自己倾向性的认为,此次黄海禁航很大可能就是巨浪3的试射。美国全年都在监控全球导弹以及火箭发射状况,相信巨浪3试射后,美国会有进一步数据预测流出,虽然我们不可能让其掌握具体数据,但还是可以从美国公布的数据中一窥巨浪3的模样。按照此前人们的猜测,巨浪3其实就是我国DF41的潜射版本,按照这一推论,巨浪3的射程将达到12000公里以上,同时搭载10枚分导式核弹头,每枚当量在15万吨左右,可以轻易突破任何导弹拦截系统。巨浪3的试射成功,意味着096核潜艇即将亮相。

按照潜射导弹的发展规律,潜射导弹与核潜艇是同时设计的,不可能单单发展潜射导弹,因此,巨浪3进入试射阶段,就意味着096已经成型,也就是说已经有了实物,只是保密没有亮相而已。随着巨浪3试射成功后,096也将获得自己满意的潜射洲际弹道导弹,不会重蹈俄罗斯北风之神“有艇无弹”的尴尬局面。
中国096核潜艇还未亮相,但是国外已经对其有了一个大概的估计,估计如下:中国096的其舰长为150米、舰宽20米,最大排水量为16000吨,双壳体设计,动力为两座国产一体化压水式核反应堆以及两座蒸气涡轮机,采用无轴泵推推进,最大航速可达32节。优秀的设计可使得096的工作潜深为450到500之间,极限潜深600米。如此强大的潜艇再搭配巨浪3,中国的水下核力量将获得新的历史高度。

事实上,随携带120件套装备的先遣队出过的99式主战坦克是第一次出国参与演习。俄罗斯网友对于媒体上发布的搭载着一眼望不到头坦克纵队的军列照片,发出了由衷的赞叹,纷纷表示中国已经短短几十年中成为了一个不弱于俄罗斯的坦克强国。

99式坦克是以祝榆生总设计师为代表的一大批中国军人和军工人潜心努力几十年的成果,99式坦克的成功,向世人证明:中国真人有能力自己设计制造出全世界一流的主战坦克!
1984年7月中国第三代坦克研制正式立项,是“八五”、“九五”期间四大重点武器装备型号工程中的唯一一个陆军重点项目。同时期苏联也开始在T-72B基础上着手研制新一代主战坦克,当然苏联和后来俄罗斯在研制新坦克时所面对的困难远比中国三代坦克研制中面对的困难要小得多。

经过了整整15年的默默耕耘,新型坦克最终于在1999年设计定型,99式坦克的火力、机动、防护三大性能已经达到了国际一流水平,与当时西方主战坦克相比,毫不逊色火力。99式坦克的125毫米火炮迄今为止仍是全世界广泛装备的口径最大的坦克主炮之一,配合特种合金制作的穿甲弹,可以有效击穿近1米厚的装甲板。99式是我国第一款装备1200马力(882千瓦)发动机的坦克,因此它的提速能力极为优秀,可在数秒之内从静止状态加速至20千米/小时,这一数据甚至比某些大型客车还要优秀。作为一款主战坦克,99式的防护性能同样相当突出。它采用三人制车组,正面投影比西方坦克低矮,便于利用地形等进行隐蔽。同时99式采用了我国自行研制的高性能陶瓷复合装甲和双防反应装甲,据99式副总师王哲荣院士在接收采访时介绍,99式坦克加挂反应装甲后,对破甲弹的防弹能力相当于1.2米厚的装甲板。

因此,当99式主战坦克装备部队之后,迅速缩短了中国主战坦克与外军型号的差距。在99式坦克定型之后,中国的坦克设计人员通过分析未来装甲技术发展方向和战场新威胁后,开始对99式坦克进行整体大改。为了保证99A坦克能够在于其他国家升级后的三代坦克的对抗中占据全面优势,设计团队进一步增强了99A的火力、防护和动力系统,使得99式坦克的优势得到了明显提升。例如99A在装备了新型1500马力(1103千瓦)发动机和模块化动力-传动组件后,机动性较99式坦克有了较大提高。曾在2014年中俄联合军演中全面压倒了向来以机动性闻名于世的俄制T-72坦克。
在99式研制时,我国陆军的信息化发展水平与国际先进水平尚有一定距离。因此提升信息化水平成为99A研制的一大重点。随着99A装备整车信息化系统、通用型数据链和车际信息系统等一大批先进信息化设备,现在99A的乘员不但在不同战车间共享各种信息,还可以同武装直升机、自行火炮、步兵战车、保障车辆保持信息的实时资源共享。
中俄联演有深意
这一次出过参加俄罗斯“东方-2018”演习的并不是99A主战坦克,外界对此猜测是中国无意让东道主难堪。当然,考虑到8月22日俄罗斯国防部刚刚宣传将采购132辆T-14主战坦克和T-15重型步兵战车,俄罗斯也不至于在面对拥有较强信息化作战能力的99A主战坦克时感到自惭形秽。
