Not specifying which one, but one of the authentic Japanese ramen restaurants here produces its own noodles in its own factory located here. Al dente quality and gutter oil free, guaranteed. The Japanese lady manager had told me personally.

Hint: keyword is authentic, so that automatically disqualifies Ajisen and Ramenplay (George Quek's wannabe crap).
