NSP counter offered to give up Macpherson and Marine Parade to WP. WP accepted NSP's offer and gave a consideration when Sylvia thanked NSP.

It's a done deal. There was Offer, Acceptance and Consideration. WP will contest Macpherson and Marine Parade.

I hope that WP will not give in to NSP because of its silly reasoning

Yes, NSP may go for MP and EC GRCs, by wrongly claiming that WP didn't honour its original offer. But as I have reasoned out in Post#1. NSP's rejection of WP's offer made it void. So NSP cant ask WP to resurrect its original offer
