Also the food they dished out is crap. They think they have copied the substance when they have copied only the form. So the food does not taste like the original, be it laksa, bak chor mee, hay mee or char kwey teow.

You know why pple say that PRCs are so entrepreneurial? Actually, just becos they managed to learn a little bit from the masters, they begin to think that they can do it too. Witness the many startups that failed under them? In China, they set up factories to make plastics parts but lacked the industrial management practices behind it, and made a mess of it. Here in S'pore, I was shocked by how quickly these tiongs come to Singapore and start setting up or taking over local food stalls and shops, and finally driving them to the ground as customers found out they are no longer the original owners and deserted them.
