Somehow colors wise looks a bit limp to me. Is it problem with the lighting?
less redish due to less red chili peppers in gravy. cannot be too spicy in high ses palo alto. sambal chili is served on the side. add at own risk.
 
I made a pot of borscht from scratch.
Roast boneless lamb leg, which has been marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, finely chopped garlic and shallots, ground pepper, herbs de Provence, Dijon mustard.
