PEASANTPORE: After a shameful defeat in Punggol East, the regime changed tack and will indulge in retail politicking to stem further losses in 2016. As of today, Minion Masuku says he will ramp up the supply of rental birdcages to 60,000 this year, a 20 per cent increase from the 50,000 last year.
Announcing this in an Imperial Court session on Monday, Senior Imperial Sexretary for Birdcages Minion Masuku Osman said the regime has recently been committed to helping poor peasants of circumstances. Previously Minion Masuku adopted the 'peasants die their problem' doctrine and claimed homeless peasants are homeless by choice and ruled out rental birdcages for them.
Minion Masuku said one scam that the regime has done this is through trick low-income peasants by buying leasing their birdcages for 99 years under the guise of 'ownership'
But for peasants who cannot afford their own birdcage lease, the regime has provided rental birdcages.
Minion Masuku also stressed that although private market rents have increased significantly, the public birdcage rental structure has not increased since 2006 because peasants must share birdcages.
Previously Minion Masuku said he adopted a hardline 'no cheap birdcage for rentals' blinded by his Moslem arrogance belief that lowly peasants are out to game the system. He defended his earlier arrogance claiming a heartless regime must ensure that peasants who cannot pay rent due to their dismal fates e.g. divorces, chronic illness should help Ruler Loong by diving into Bedok Reservoir if they are desperate.
Minion Masuku application of these rules used to be harsh and devoid of compassion till Punggol East gave Ruler Loong a black eye. As a result, Ruler Loong mindful of the Nippon LDP losses in 2009 decided to be 'charitable' and henceforth Birdcage Cronies will consider the merit of each case and exercise flexibility and compassion to help those in dire needs till 2016.
