It's been a long long wait eversince Blizzard announced the coming of the next Diablo ll sequel. Since then, years passed us by and look what has happened since then!!!

Blizzard got sidetracked/distracted/preoccupied with WoW.

Also, Blizzard merged with Activision.

The old Blizzard is no more, and there is now a greater emphasis on mobile gaming, paid downloadable content and micro transactions (cash item shop).
