I think i saw one last time when i was there, lots of people running, didn't see any doing by the roadside though but then we were not really paying attention.

ain't no laughing matter, when you have to let go, you have to let go. back in the SC Marathon 2011, me personally witnessed many male runners running off tangent to the bushes to relieve themselves, yah, me one of them too :p:p:p

google "bay to breakers runners use tehama street as toilets" and you'll see lots of pics. the crowd was extremely huge last year because of the good weather. it was not just tehama street, but bushes in the mid point area after the uphill climb. this year, there will be more portable toilets, cameras and cops. and probably less cheebye to see.
