STOMPer Anon paid to sign up for the Marina Bay Sands Skyparks package so he could visit the Skypark Observatory, but found out later that it was free entry to all guests. He feels that he was misled by the advertisement posted on the website.
The STOMPer said:
"I signed up for Marina Bay Sands' widely publicized Skyparks package in great hopes of visiting the skypark observatory, only to discover that there were no tickets needed to enter the observatory.
"My complaints were shrugged off by the quality assurance staff who said: 'But I'm sure you had a good time sir." when I pointed out the discrepancies in the advertisements.
"And when I asked for compensation because I had paid for something all hotels guests have access to, the duty manager responded 'What kind of compensation do you want!?'
"The SkyPark is open to all guests."
