台北1名25李姓男子涉嫌將國中男網友約出見面，將對方強拉至廁所性侵並痛毆，原被裁定8萬元交保，但檢方不服隨即抗告，向高院提出聲押獲准。另外，李男在開庭前疑似太害怕，竟躲在法警桌下長達約30分鐘，無論如何都不肯出來，最後在眾人苦勸下才腿軟起身、乖乖出庭，讓人看了哭笑不得。
檢警調查，李男在網路上認識國中男網友，並以虛擬寶物為餌，和對方相約15日在西門町面交，藉故誘騙國中生使其落單後，隨即將被害人強拉至廁所意圖性侵，過程中因遭反抗而痛毆男學生；警方獲報後，透過監視器畫面循線追查，掌握犯嫌是在影印店工作的李男，火速將其拘提到案，訊後移送地檢署偵辦。
台北地院18日晚間召開羈押庭，認為李男涉犯加重強制性交未遂罪，犯罪嫌疑重大，但他有正當工作和固定居所，且是在工作地點被警方拘提到案，難認有逃亡之虞，最後裁定新台幣8萬元交保，並限制住居、出海、出境。判決出爐後，檢方隨即提出抗告，並向法院聲請羈押，重審後獲高院判准。
值得一提的是，李男在開庭前疑似害怕遭羈押，竟躲在法警桌下長達約30分鐘，堅持不肯出來面對，讓一旁法警相當傻眼；雙方僵持多時，李男最後才在多名法警苦勸下離開桌底，起身時明顯腳軟，令人看了哭笑不得。
