It's apparent that he's tempting and teasing NSP and Nicole to stand and pull some votes away from WP. Posturing to stand to bargain for territories is a non-starter. The next GE with a new boundary map is four years away. There's a possibility of Joo Chiat being drawn into Marine Parade. There's a possibility Mountbatten being drawn into Moulmein-Kallang. There're many possibilities but none are certainties. How to trade horses now?


It's also apparent now that he hates WP more than PAP. To him, hurting WP more is more pleasurable than hurting PAP.
