Something wrong with Workers’ Party‘s Leon Perera and his The Independent Singapore’s comprehension skill? The person whom The Independent - Singapore took the story from, did not mention “narrowly missing children” but "narrowly missing a fitness corner", so how they got this "narrowly missing children" from?
