To all LFers, there is a shortcut to the 2nd link highway. When you drive from Gelang Patah town to Leisure Farm, after pass LF 2nd gate, turn right when u see the opposite bus stop, follow the access road to the highway exit which very near to the petrol kiosks. The journey take about 5 min.!

This access road is good only for day time. It's not recommend to drive at night.

    Thanks. Will check that out.
Any idea what's the psf for one acre vs smaller plots currently?

    Wuqi hi
am curious, you have mentioned often that Sg expats love East Ledang (vs HH, which I cld understand). Do they prefer EL to LF? I looked at them both and thought LF is nicer... of course thats a personal opinion. Do you know why they prefer EL to LF? is it due to the stronger expat community at EL? or are they bothered by the link via gelang patah to get to LF?
    cheers

Most of my friends are discouraged by the route via gelang patah. I think this is most concern.

I believe most would agree that LF is one of the best residential (if not the best) development within Nusajaya. However, until unless LF opens up the direct access to Medini or 2nd Link highway, the true value of LF will remain hidden as buried treasure!

My very first property in Nusajaya was at LF which I paid a deposit. I had to withdraw my deposit after going through the Gelang Patah trunk road a few more times! Anyway, I still believe sooner or later, LF will get their alternate access application approved!

Maybe this is LF BTS ( built then sell) project, definitely not the precinct 7a, bayou creek. Just want to show anyone the zero lot layout concept...looks good n interesting!

    Hi Sufeiya,

How can we confirm that and which access has been approved?

To confirm maybe you can check with the office. The access is at Taman Leisure where the water tank located. It will save half of the travelling time but not super near like 3mins. That's the info given by one of their staff. =)

    Hi Sufeiya

Direct access to 2nd Link Highway or through Medini side? Sorry I am not familiar enough to know where is the water tank (thought I saw it along the highway coming from Tuas).

I have also PM you on some questions! Look forward to your response.

    Cheers

    Yes replied.

No not Medini. That one maybe is the entrance 3 in their master plan, still no sound no picture.

The one I'm talking about is the access to 2nd link. It is on your left if you are coming from Gelang Patah town. The tank is inside Taman Leisure where now you can only see bushes.

This access will only cut short the travelling time to Tuas but not Kota Iskandar. =)

    Hi All

I am thinking of renting a unit in LF whist waiting for my EL unit to TOP. Saw that there are small houses with built up of only 1400sq ft for rental around RM3500. Is this a fair price? Saw some with nice canal behind the house too. Which precint is recommended? I have never stepped inside LF before. Any info appreciated. Thanks!

Those 1500sq terraces are so at around 500krm.. So at 3500rm, the rental yield is probably at around 7-8%? All in all, I think it is a lovely place to live..

Hi, so it's exit from 2nd entrance which is not main entrance, which also means pass the police station which is outside LF second entrance? Thanjs
