Electrical hardware, CB is a device to reset disconnection, means to ensure connection is safe to operate, to most it implied as infection is on going.

I think the CCB name was created by the goody goody scholars who never spent a day on the streets,
and do not understand street lingo. The ministers themselves, branding themselves as "aristocrats"

Incorrect. Circuit breaker is installed after the gahmen wires in yor house. It has 2 functions.

1. It was to arrest any spike or surge in voltage, say 10,000 volts, from the mainpower station. It trips the CB off. As little as 5 mA of current will trip the CB. This stop the surge curren, the spike, from damaging or burn you PC, fridge, TV and anything in between.

2. CB also prevent death of traders and and family. If there is an open live wire around and if an animal or human touched it the CB will trip cut of current and saves life.

If there is a leak of current in equipment or devices and human touch it will get electrical shocks and trip the CB. Without CB the human hands will get burn or for higher voltage equipment his hand or body is stuck to the equipment and died.

CB in electrical application is to disconnect circuit current whenever a surge in power encountered, thus 1=2, can only reset if connection is safe to operate as mentioned.

I am not here to write a manual, of course not going into detail.

If appliance is not disconnected from the power point, or power point is not switch off, the CB will keep trip again and again until the power point is switch off. No reset, get yr terminology correct. Go figure the right term for this.

I thought you are electrical engineer have better chain of thought than throwing rethoric like Dracula Trump.

Try to be clever by 2, get yr thought right and you will write better technical report in yr work...
