I am familiar with the place. Nice hostesses. Mostly on student visas. Business not-that-great nowadays. Same for most night joints. URA and Police no longer issue licenses for night spots in that vicinity.

Depends on the pub licensing , if the license is until 6am , there's nothing you can do

Most end at 3am. Some at 1am. For 6am, you need to be inside CBD.

no. 315b and 315 c is the same building as new world bar that faces jln besar,
the entrance is on the petain road side, just a yellow door with stair leading upstairs
bar 2nd floor,

I'll doubt that, with residential areas nearby, it's likely license is till 1am or 3 am.

I think the location Wendy mention about is not a residential area . By the way 3am is bad enough for residential area .

Still have to comply with noise pollution act, no matter what license the pub has.

If the pub can get license to open until 3am , I don't think you can do anything about noise pollution . If noise pollution is a concern the pub won't get the license already .

Not this Bar; but at the Papaya Garden Bar aLong Kitchener road.Once met my father-in-Law inside when i was stiLL courting her daughter; and somehow we ended up chatting and sitting at the same tabLe.That was perhaps
how we got to know each other better after that..

万金？ this was an institution but finally had to go....replaced by another bar.
Never could understand the Chinese name dun correspond with the English name.
Further down at junction with bendeemeer got 1-2 more old bars still around....金杯 is one of them.
I wonder what demographic still chiong bars nowadays.

These 3 Bars are totaLLy different aLtogether.Think the Papaya Garden & GoLd Cup is stiLL around; but as for that
万金, it have been repLaced by a newer 'upmarket' Pub Joint though..
