Why they are losers is also because they try to rear these monstrous creatures thinking they are living in private residences when they aren't and have never, and not appreciating and even dirtying the interior of those public projects painstakingly built for them solely to live in.

Anyway, bro GoldenDragon has answered your question whether HDB allowed pets. FYI, this rule was relaxed by HDB. Many years ago, no furry pets, however small, was allowed. Later, they changed the rule. The old rule would be better as it was more hygienic then without pollutiion (noise, pee, shit etc.) from your "best" friends. Look how noisy, smelly and dirty the surroundings have become by allowing more furry animals around. Every pillar or corner I see in the void deck has dog pee. curiosity for food will push human to try another exotic meat to a next level ...look at tourist who go other countries to try rabbit meat , crocodie meat , dog meat , worms , grasshoppers ...ect ..

I have some SYTs and chio aunties living in the same block but daren't scrutinise them coz either I know their daddy or hubby. I always act very decent. If they know the real me, I am sure they will tell their women to siam me.
