LHL will probably have higher IQ than Adolf Hitler, who never completed schooling. But Hitler had proven to be far more intelligent in the game of politics. At the very least, Hitler became Chancellor of a powerful nation on his own steam. Got me?

IQ can never be quantified and measured. It came to down to quantification and measurement of qualification when some mathematicians happened to be intelligent and grabbed more inflence for themselves too. Notice all IQ tests have mostly to do with mathematics. Usually, matheticians are idiots who know nothing else in life except figuring out the figures, fractions and decimals. Once in a while, we'd get intelligent mathematicians, as the law of probability and numbers would have it and the mathematicians would call it. The result is called an IQ test.

The quotient is traditionally derived by dividing an individual's mental age by his or her chronological age and multiplying the result by 100. The number meant to measure intelligence was once the standard measure of human mental capacity but now widely considered to be neither accurate nor fair. Controversy exists today over the effect of race and class on scores and whether IQ tests really measure intelligence. Tests of special aptitudes and personality factors are now favored over the pure intelligence test. However few tests still include the controversial notion of mental age.
