Yes, what offence has been committed? Unless there is unlawful restraint or outrage of modesty, SPG has no case. Maybe SPG was insulted that the price quoted was low. Maybe if that bloke had added a few more dollars, this would have become a hot steamy FR in the other forum rather than a magistrate complaint.
