There were a lot of negative comments and criticism of TKL.
But lets put things in perspective. He comes across as thin skinned and not tough.
Isn't this what we peasants want as a President. Someone true to himself and does not hide his character flaws and weaknesses underneath a white coat. Someone normal like us with all flaws and weaknesses; and not some elite only displaying their "good" side to the public, or worst someone talking down to us as if they are from high moral.
If you people think TKL or TCB does not have what it takes to be a President then you people have a choice of top dogs like nathan or tony tan. These people does not bat a eyelid putting people behind bars without trial and they certainly will not lose sleep sueing you fellows bankrupt. Voting for these two top dogs will be like recycling - putting people from the system into the system again. Inbreeding.
TKL and TCB may not be ready made for the President, but if we can give ting pei ling a $15 000 a month on-job-training, lets put either TKL or TCB as President and let them evolve the Presidential role.

TKL may come across to his detractors as thin-skinned but having a thick skin is worse. A thin-skinned President will give you his 2 cents worth or at least he will fire back whereas a thick-skinned pseudo President will pretend as if he's not bothered but inside he harbours resentment and may even plot his revenge. I would not waste time. He is slowly but surely making a fool of himself. His Batam trip makes no sense. His toto apps etc. Might as well have Gopalan Nair in the Istana, a fool and idiot but you can count on him to take on the PAP everyday of the week. If you want rebellious donkeys, this is your man. If Gov.Sg can run a lottery why not TKL sell Toto apps. He is a private citizen making some money just like the gov.sg making tons of money running lottery. If selling toto apps is wrong so is running a lottery.
I am no supporter of TKL but let's cut out all pretence, act and talk like "high falutine" like what we are accustomed to from the elite MIWs.
TKL is definitely not a rebellious donkey as much as those highly paid MIWs are nodding donkeys.

I have not decided who to vote for yet. Firstly the COE is not released yet and secondly, I would like to hear them talk in a rally. Who ever it is I will definitely not be a foolish to destroy my vote. The President is above politics hence the oppositions are not stating their positions.

I am sure he went there to foster Singapore-Indo (carnal) relationships in view of his upcoming (and most likely nonexistent) role as the newly elected President of the Republic of Singapore. Did I say I was defending him. Please read my post properly. I am not even his supporter.
I am just using him as a example against all the hypocracies of all our high falutin elite - all afraid to be exposed like TKL and refrain from doing anything but in the meantime collecting millions from the tax payers.
