Vision 2020 was a bold & dynamic plan thought out by then prime minister Madhatter. Little did he realised that when the message was disseminated to the ground it meant 'get ready' to get ready to start planning only in 2020. This is the miracle of melayu when everything is a suggestion and up to your interpretation.
