As per above topic. Previous franchisee tarnish the UFC gym reputation in Sinkie and left but ufc eagerly looking for franchisee to open in sinkie and promise to pay back those affected past members.

Let's say a rich ah tiong call Jiang Li Ming wanna wash money in china so he franchise UFC gym in Sinkie and he can bring out all his money out?

Or if rich sinkie wanna wash money in sinkie but tough all got recorded transaction. Cash rich peo dump all cash to ufc? Ufc also scare wa. Wanna learn how to wash money work if let's say I become rich. So foreigners still best to wash money in sinkie! Plus ufc got brand name hard to say that it won't make money totally but it might earn eventually in the long run.

Citylink used to have a UFC gym, it went kaput and Anytime Fitness replaced it.

If people are into martial arts, they will seek out qualified boxing, muay thai or BJJ trainers. They are out there, not franchise gyms.

Yes the previous franchisee decided not to renew the franchise as they suay went through covid lockdown period.

With the UFC brand name it certainly can bring peo to sign packages but of cuz the previous one tarnish their reputation but the parent ufc co state they can pay back past members money. This franchise very suitable for washing money plus still stand a chance to earn money in long run.

Ufc gym more to MMA and MMA gym in Sinkie not many. Evolve gym more to Muay Thai but not sure how is their MMA. Now one championship leaning towards more to Muay Thai.
