Why compare sinkapore to HK? HK is just as bad in many respects - crowded, land for the rich, dog eat dog environment ...I seek better in life than that.

Why do i compare SG with HK? Because there are some clowns here claiming not to compare SG with developing city like Wuhan, so i make comparisons on HK n SG which is a mirror brother between this 2 cities n both are considered as developed cities n also a financial hub.

Any HongKee can be an illegal hawker but you dun get caught. Even in SG if you wanna be an illegal hawker like selling Otahs or Curry Puff under the void deck you're allow to do so without being caught.

HKs worshipped monies??? You mean Singaporeans doesn't??? If Democracy is not a big deal in HK, why is it that protest n rallies are so common in HK?

If you really have understood the chinese or china culture, you should have know that currently that's many westerner whom they married to chinese wives are not willing to go back to their native first world country. Ask yourself why. Go to China and see for yourself. I can easily pick a handful n introduce you to them n see what's their feedback on America, Sweden n so on.

I agree with you that in terms of education, China is behind the world which is why i sent my kids back to SG for education as well. But in terms of economy wise, the whole world is heading to China.

Pollutants are everywhere. A forest fire in Indonesia causes pollution to the whole island of SG which is cancerous as well. How many Singaporeans die of cancer without living in China? Americans as well....

If you really love SG, you wouldn't be calling yourself a sinkee or insult your nation as stinkapor or sinkapore. I've no objections to your hatred towards the govt but not to your own nation.

I don't stay in those country that you mention above . So I can't give any comments about those country . as I mention before . there's good and bad in every country depends what you want in life . No country in the world that are good for every nationality . no country in the world have all the positive only .for me Singapore is not the place for me , Singapore cannot give me what I wanted . Period .

Sincerely wish that you can reside in a city of your preference. Or maybe you're already residing in it already which is a blessing for you!!!

the west is fortunate to have many resources - land, rich resources and in fact , they do not need to work.if you are born there, it is your good fortune. if you are born in singapore, it is your lot to work to survive. we do not have any resources at all....how can you compare??? you are lucky to have that mobility. many singaporeans do not have that mobility. many are stuck here and they have to fight for a living and make this place work. it is very easy for you, as a foreigner , to judge and criticize singaporeans...very easy. if you really care, you should stay put and contribute to the well being of singaporeans.

do not just sit in the comfort of your home and talk ill about singapore. if you really care, do something....

Are you aware that the horse meat scandal started from East European countries? See the similarity between former communist eastern europe and China? No belief system, no values ...the only god they worship is MONEY. They don't give a damn that their quest for wealth kills thousands or millions. They don't have a conscience.
The tainted milk powder in NZ - come on, no one knows the cause yet. Botulism could come about from so many sources ...but in China's case, it is humans who choose add poisonous substance to the infant formula so that the company could increase the margin. See the difference?

If the Nordic country seems so good to resist, pardon me for being straight forward. Then why are you still in SG??? For me example, i find that hk n china can make money i just go over. Coming back to SG for a month or two n take it as a holiday.

If you I could move there, I would be there. Ask the PAP to sign a deal for sinkees to move to Nordic countries, I am sure, tens of thousands will head out.

If you wanna compare with Nordic countries, compare everything n not just healthcare alone.

And in many aspects, they are darn good. Good public daycare, education up to university is free, strong safety net if you become unemployed, public transportation is excellent ...people live there, not just work. That's how life is supposed to be.

I do agree with you that Kwai Lo's are better than Asian in terms of sports, military n etc. But you have to ask yourself a question why is the whole world including Kuai Lo's are heading to China.

Yes, i dislike some of the chinese culture even till now but one thing i cannot deny, my root is from China not bcoz i'm in China for too long and think like them but a generation not too far away from me which is my grandpa n grandma, they origin from China Guangdong province which i believed many Singaporeans are alike as me.

I'm not talking about great great great grandfather history, but the truth is one generation above my father which is my grandparents, they both come from china. I also strongly believe many SG chinese grandparents originated from China. We need not to talk until what great great great grandfather history.

You mentioned that Nordic countries have very good care for the citizens, go n find out more and see why the govt can give free education n so on.... Check out on the taxes that the people have to pay over there compare to SG.

I don't even have to talk until so far about nordic countries. HK itself, a person without work can go the govt and applied for allowance similar to England but why so many HKs old people rather work as an illegal worker also dun wanna to apply for that allowance...

I can tell you straight, if SG starts this policy of providing allowance for those who are not working. Those tax payers in SG will again scream n yell until to the 9th heaven.

Lastly, I did not really understood what you mean by "If you I could move there, I would be there"... Why must the govt sign a deal with other countries to provide a move for those who are unhappy? Simply doesn't make sense to me. The govt didn't give me a single cent when i left SG.

I went into Wuhan in 2002, to your disappointment the door of Wuhan has not hit me on the slightest not to mention hard on my backside.

I'm not those typical Singaporeans like you who stepped into China and pretend to know everything. Just for your info to help you to rebuke me words. In our group, apart from the HKs n Taiwanese, I'm the only Singaporean. Thank you!!!
