This is what I ate eventually. The eggs is very very delicious especially when it pops in your mouth and release a little salty and fishy taste. I don't know about this but I suspect cholesterol could be quite high.

One thing I like about Jap dishes is superb hygiene and superb layout. And one thing I always wonder, why do Japs make their prawns straight?

The crab looks good too but I won't order it. The pincers are so tiny.

The prawns are very fresh and somehow creamy to the bite, oishi!
