I just need you to investigate if the zap comments are justified, as I suspect the bugger is abusing and misusing the rep system and I do not have the Admin power to investigate and correct the wrong, as I'm just someone ordinary who has to know my own humble place in this forum. :o

Isn't rep zap similar to Infraction? If Infraction can be reversed if it is not "justified", why not rep zap? While zaps aren't a fine, it should be used to express an opinion and not to sing lullaby and buddhist chants and other inane comments, am I justified to say that?
