I discovered another diff between us and FTs

Just noticed it and this is especially for the newly FTs. U know how we have so many acronyms ie PIE, ECP..etc. Was talking to some FTs and it was about SAF and I noticed they kept pronouncing SAF as one word whereas for us we will say SAF in alphabetic form as in S. A. F.
It may be slight but it speaks volumes about how both sides know about SAF!!

its just ang moh culture,they love to try to pronounce everything even when its not meant to be pronounced as a word.like NAMBLA,North American Man Boy Love Association.

Sometimes I can't explain it either. Like why we say MINDEF as a word and not SAF??

Excellent example. Tell that to Jolovan Wham, Vincent Wijeysingha and their ilk who always claim that we should not develop a "them versus us" mentality.

Meanwhile, there are people who spend their NS studying soil whilst others like ME2 Jason Chee literally lose their limbs serving their country. There are two systems out there. I dare Jolovan Wham to walk up to Jason and look him in the eye and tell him we should not have a "them versus us" mentality.
