I bought a pair of $20 shoes from decathlon and I use them for walking exercises daily

If you're walking, buy good walking shoes.

Decathlon stuff is more of a 'cheap, buy, use and throw' type. Some bags and shorts or even swimwear might be value for money. But other things, including footwear, there are better options elsewhere. Even Bata is better, you might see sales at Bata every now and then.

I was there when the first Decathlon opened in Chai Chee, near Bedok. Now there's no more novelty.
A pair of good shoe is good for your feet especially if your weight >60kg, u may unwittingly injured your leg and knee cap due to excessive shock

Somehow, every ActiveSG center has become a Zu Mountain outpost. Warriors wander in and out with badminton swords proudly strapped to their backs, giving off strong Ancient Tomb School vibes—despite being fully kitted out in the latest Yonex and Victor battle robes. :sneaky:

Only if you are a gian png loser who cares about their app or 'fitness tracker'.

When you walk, enjoy the journey, the sights and the sounds. Don't obsess about how many steps you've walked.
