A transparent bidding exercise of one bidder?

There are several tricks to make a biased tender exercise apparently transparent:

1) Have very brief tender specs so only those in the know know how to bid.
2) Have a short tender period so that only those with advanced knowledge of the tender have the time to bid.

So can you answer why did Sylvia terminate the service and then misled the public into believing it was AIM who terminated the contract?

Was it the WP town council who terminated the contract?

The contents of the letter dated 10 June 2011 seems to be replying to another letter which may be the first letter of the exchange.

If there is such a letter, PAP is withholding information intentionally.

Before that is clear, I will not conclude first.

Yes indeed, it was AHTC that terminated the contract in full agreement. There were even exchange of letters by them thanking AIM for helping them to develope their new software.
It seems all the opposition worshipers did not follow the issue. They are blinded

I am not sure why all these bloggers and WP supporters are getting worked up over this issue. In an interview with Lianhe Zaobao reported on 06 May 2012, this is what Sylvia Lim, WP Chairman, declared:

“But we are in Parliament, they are not. We will make use of the platform we have.”​

Her comments echoes that which was declared by Wooden in December 1994 over the Catherine Lim affair.

Bloggers and WP supporters should heed the WP's declaration and refrain from poking their noses into this affair. Once again, this is the WP's stand and declaration:

It turned out that AHTC terminated AIM voluntarily and ended up not being able to cope later.

Opposition supporters then claimed that it was corruption because AIM made a killing on the manitenance contract.
Now they turn around again and claim that its not a profitable contract and the whole thing was a political sabotage project.
