Meihuju recently found many red-billed blue dragonfly.

Tin Shui Wai was surprised by the "Anger Bird" air strikes! A bird named "Red-billed Bluebird" has been suspected of nesting on the trees of Kingswood Villas in recent months, and the number has increased greatly. From time to time, low-flying subductions have since attacked the heads and shoulders of residents, frequently, and three more. The baby’s head was caught in the head and was required to call an ambulance, which caused people’s guilt. The neighbourhood criticized the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department for "low-energy advice" and appealed to residents to avoid eye contact with the birds. However, the passers-by would not look at the birds in the air, and the advice would not help resolve the conflict. District Councillors have said that more than 500 complaints have been received within one month. The AFCD is duty-bound to deal with the crisis and makes unrealistic suggestions.

The Meihuju, which has a "frozen", is located in the northernmost part of the Jiahu Villa, adjacent to the Hong Kong Wetland Park. The red-billed blue dragonfly is relatively large in shape, has a red mouth and feet, and is covered with a blue feather. The tail is very long, and the tail feathers are white and have black and white lines. It is estimated that the length of the tail is nearly sixty centimeters long. It is understood that the red-billed blue dragonfly has existed in the housing estate for many years. Because of its beautiful appearance, it is very popular among the residents. However, the number of birds in this year has increased from about two or three in the past to about ten, and it has become more and more aggressive. The residents have been arrested from time to time, and girls and children have been scared to death.

More than 500 complaints a month

Ms. Zheng, a resident, said that when she was holding a three-month-old baby and went through the fourth seat of Meihuju, she was scared by the bird’s assault, and her head was scratched, leaving a half-length blood mark and calling for ambulance. The car cleans the wound. In the housing estate, the kindergarten and kindergarten principal, Fan Shuzhen, said that more than one week ago, many parents reported that they had been swooped up by the red-billed blue scorpion. They were worried that the schoolchildren were injured and the management office and the rear borrowed a large umbrella. The school also sent parents The notice is wary and I hope the AFCD will protect the safety of students and parents without killing birds.

District Councilor Li Yuemin also pointed out that a month ago, he received reports of street visits and was attacked by birds. The number of attacks in the past week has become more frequent. The scope includes the Meihuju main entrance, the waiting station, the kindergarten and the Longyuan District 1. The area is wide and the neighborhood is worried. He has received more than 500 complaints a month, including serious cases of baby being injured. At the request of the AFCD, the management company closed the section of the kindergarten to the Meihu House on the previous day and posted a fax and e-mail from the AFCD last Tuesday (9) appealing to residents to avoid wearing fresh clothes and having a look with the birds. In contact, you can also open the umbrella and wear a hat to block.

Fisheries: Wild birds protect bird eggs or fly low

Li Zhifangfang generally supports the integration of people, but the AFCD, as the most authoritative animal expert department in Hong Kong, has not taken this opportunity to promote the district and teach the public to handle the problem correctly. Instead, it only sends a letter to the management company bureaucratically. Actually, I am worried that it will cause public anger and inconvenience, and turn the grievances to the birds. Li advised the people who walked through Nestlé to try to reduce the noise and prepare an umbrella for the citizens who have babies.

Luo Weiren, general manager of the Hong Kong Bird Watching Association, said that the red-billed bluebird is a common crow bird in Hong Kong. It is smarter and distributed in urban parks, rural areas and new towns. He said that when animals and birds are breeding, it is easier to protect. However, in the past, it was rarely heard that red-billed bluebirds attacked humans. After the breeding season, birds would fly away and urged the public to temporarily avoid entering the area.

A spokesman for the AFCD said that spring and summer are the breeding seasons of most wild birds in Hong Kong. During this period, wild birds will be able to protect their own eggs or young birds, and they will be driven to catch up with or close to the bird's nest. This is temporary. The situation will improve after the young birds leave the nest. The department has already sent staff to visit and provide advice to the public and the organisation.
