the normal practice is that they will give priority to the opposition candidates with the highest margins of victory, and even if the parties are allowed to nominate whoever they want, the party which can nominate the most will probably be WP.........................

there are many forms of proportional representation. i prefer the simple one used by ROC/Japan.
