There are lots of questions on the AIM issue that have yet to be answered. If the PAP believes it is above board, then it should sue in a country that has an independent judiciary system.

What worst could happen if Alex remain adamant ?
He won't have to go jail in a civil suit....bankrupt only if he is prepared to.
Another alternative is to sell the blog to someone who is prepared to go bankrupt and Alex writes under the new owner's name since Yawning Bread is now a branded blog.
