悲慘！彰化市驚傳1名婦人帶著年約2歲小孩外出撿「廚餘」吃，附近鄰居發現婦人竟從垃圾桶裡頭撿拾發霉的食物，趕緊制止，不料婦人竟拿出發霉的火龍果、葡萄稱：「洗一洗就可以吃了」，任憑鄰居苦口婆心勸說也無效。有民眾將畫面錄下PO網，引來不少網友熱議，也有人表示那已經不是第一次了。

網友在臉書社團「彰化人大小事」PO出影片顯示，一名婦人晚間推著娃娃車帶年僅2歲的小孩在街上溜達，娃娃車上還有許多袋疑似食物的東西，鄰居發現這些東西疑是廚餘，勸說這些食物搞不好都已發霉甚至長蟲，要她丟掉，不料婦人竟回稱：「不會啦！以前掉到地上，還不是撿起來吃。」婦人還拿出疑似發霉的火龍果、高麗菜、葡萄說：「回去洗一洗就可以吃了。」小孩甚至還拿起葡萄吃起來，景象駭人。
許多網友留言：「是否是家境貧困？」、「有人去關心他們情況嗎？」、「精神有問題，快報警」、「多關心吧，如果還可以那個媽媽願意讓孩子吃廚餘。」、「好心疼哦，可憐的孩子，快救他」、「心疼孩子在這種環境長大」、「真的好可憐，看能不能通報社會局介入讓孩子有頓飯吃！孩子真的很可憐 看了很捨不得」。
據了解，彰化縣政府在得知此事後，今天早上已派員會同當地里長前往婦人住處關切，將給予必要的幫助，而該名婦人疑為外籍新娘，平日生活節儉，經常撿拾廚餘及回收物回家。
