[新頭殼newtalk] 新北市私立醒吾高級中學積欠勞、健保費共376萬元，法務部行政執行署新北分署在18日登門查封，行政大樓、禮堂以及部分教室被貼上封條，新北分署表示，目前校地還可以正常使用，已要求校方盡快繳清積欠款項，否則將依法執行鑑價拍賣。
醒吾高中去年爆出積欠教師薪水，使得教師集體靜坐抗議，引起社會譁然，事件平息後，近日校方又因積欠勞、健保費共376萬餘元，行政執行署登門查封，新北分署表示，因醒吾高中名下無其他可供清償欠款的財產，因此，目前將行政大樓、禮堂及教室查封，校地仍可正常使用，已要求校方盡快繳清欠款，否則將依法進行鑑價拍賣。
新北分署指出，醒吾高中欠繳2017年1月開始的健保費，以及2018年2月開始的勞保費及勞工退休準備金，衛生福利部中央健康保險署及勞動部勞工保險局2017年7月起陸續將案件移送到新北分署執行，經新北分署扣押存款及勸繳後，已清償80萬1858元，目前尚欠376萬7064元未繳。

The New North Branch pointed out that Wing Wu High School owed the health insurance premiums that began in January 2017, as well as the labor insurance premiums and labor retirement reserves that began in February 2018, the Central Health Insurance Agency of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Labor Insurance Bureau of the Ministry of Labor in July 2017. Since then, the case has been transferred to the New North Branch for execution. After the New North Branch detained the deposit and persuaded to pay, it has already paid off 800,000 yuan, and currently has not paid 3.376 million yuan.
