Only those ah peks in SBF will know what they are for.
No problem. With my in-coming 16k, can buy many packets of wet tissues. Dettol brand recommended. Other than the original intent, these wet tissues can also be used to wipe mouth after 'steal eat'.

Is Upp S'goon Shopping Centre part of Hougang? I am aware of two KTV/HFJs there. Rather quiet. Need to convert the entire building to be an entertainment hub. All under one roof - HCs, KTVs, HFJs, discos, fuckshops etc.

It was quite happening many years ago for F Div. police before they moved to AMK. Sometimes the F Div. guys jio us there to cheong too. Not bad, but haven't been there for many years except passing by on the way to Hougang main. It didn't get a station when NEL MRT was built and is neither here nor there between Serangoon and Kovan stations. That's why it's so quiet nowadays.

The building in front still ok. Back part like cemetery. About one third empty. I think they used to have a HC there many years ago. May have been there once. With 81 and Fragrance nearby, should be ideal for KTV.

It was a 'homo nests' many years back, till the police did a sting & nabbed some & charged them in court. The place is DEAD as a doodle bird, read somewhere last year it was enbloc sold. The two budget hotels, was used by China Ah Mei's for on-line sales, some time back too, they list themselves on craiglist etc.. It was after that, budget hotels have to check credentials.
Is Golden Dragon thinking of using that place for his Campaign HQ?, can bring back the 'action' that place used to have, sauna, HC's, pool room, arcade game centre, Licensed Money Lenders, car credit companies, illigal software centre, homo's nest etc...!!

Wasn't aware it was once a homo place. Sua teng place also got homo hub? Thought most of these places are located downtown. I think they have 2 HFJs there. Not aware of Thai joint. Suana used to be there. Not sure if still around. Don't recall LSB being around.

Any mouths that may be used as evidence. I suggested wet tissues coz 2 decades ago, my good friend kena caught by his wife. After kissing in LSB, he used handkerchief to wipe mouth. Arrived home, threw hanky into laundry basket. Wife did laundry. Spotted lipstick mark. Kena 'war' for weeks. All evidence must be destroyed!

All the above should be ok when applying for license except KTV, pubs and discos. It is located too close to private homes. Even if public entertainment license is granted, no way they would allow you to operate beyond 1am. Sure mati like that. Rental should be cheap there though. Should be $3 psf?

u r right, there was a LSB next to USSC. it was demolish in the name of "development" in the same row, there a tailor, goldsmith too if i remember correctly but it was so many years ago, before the viaduct was built. When USSC was first built, it was quite happening. There were massage palours and snooker centre at the top floor. When govt legalise arcade, there a arcade that occupied half a floor, with an assort type of shops to complement the rest of the shopping centre. The rot started ard the time the market cum hawker centre was demolish and with the opening of hougang street 21 interchange and oriental shopping centre (current heartland mall) at st 21, the ppl stop going there.

i think $1 psf also can. the whole place is a dead town. not sure why, many ktv in the area cannot last. There one opposite at kovan centre, yio chu kang rd, change ownership many time. then there was one pub on the same side as singpost, CMI, now demolish to build apartments. further up still have LSB/KTV along yio chu kang opposite serangoon stadium. if really to open ktv, i would suggest the area near simon road, not ktv/lsb as far as i know. plenty of night crawlers there due to makan places that operate thru out the night. there also two open air carparks near by to faciliate to your potential customers.
