Good morning, doing your rounds so early?

Morning Mr Frog.
Back alone in Sinkieland lor.
I went for a 5km swim yesterday and did it in just above 2 hours. Body super aching and now entertaining myself reading this forum! Maybe later go for a walk at BG to unwind. Weather looks cooling today and not too sunny. Hope it doesn't rain.

It's OK. I am just testing how far my more than half a century year old body can take me... And over 2 hours of "solitude" in the pool is very refreshing for my thoughts, life, career and most importantly, women. Lol
