In the past few months, your job growth initiatives turned out to support the hiring of many PRs. I felt so disgusted when I read our medias reporting foreigners or foreign grads of local universities fear unable to find jobs. Do you know that these foreign PMETs, including fresh grads have PR status and our local companies ended up recruiting many of them cheaply WITH YOUR SUBSIDIES in the past 2-3 months? WTF???
Please, stop hiding in your aircon office or hang around with Chan, you should walk the ground and analyze job data. Do you realized that the MOM's oversight is the main cause our COVID shit because the directors in MOM and you, never bothered to walk the ground?
The problem with MOM is that it is a toxic environment. You are harsh to SMEs but you dare not touch the big boys. Do you know that almost every PSC scholar posted to MOM will quit after serving their bonds because nobody takes pride in their work? Worst of all, you hired so many slack former SAF officers and warrant officers. They go around bullying SMEs and busy with fucking colleagues in office. Your MOM is already like a nest of cockroaches, yet you hire more rats, making MOM a real pest.
We need schemes that protect jobs for Singaporeans, not PRs.
