The point I am making is that the LHL civil service is no worse than the LKY civil service. They were made up of idiots then and they're still idiots today.

A good 'cook', will never share their recipes, that is call 'tan chiak' ( make a living); even if they do or sell their recipes, the SECRET INGREDIENTS, will never be revealed.

What are they good at?, rubber stamping, fixing oppositions?. Made a mess of the the accounting system, then hand over to the oppositions, then accused them of messing it up, benefiting their own kind, where they ( PAP) had been doing it for years with their porlumpars!.

Managing & running a country, making it tick, they are not good; only thankful they inherited a system that is already running well by the older PAP guards, & now they take over..running it to the ground.

The other thing they are good at...is deflecting the blame & the leader of the 'band'....a pedigree that is worth in the name only.
