Here we go, another stupid local non-white Singaporean thinking he is worth a damn to Singapore. I'm so glad I had the foresight to quit being a citizen but remain here as a foreigner. It's just too damn easy to manipulate Singaporeans because of their totally dated concept of the relationship between country and citizen. For example in my company (it's not a cleaning company in case you're wondering), if a foreign employee litters and a local Singaporean employee complains that I didn't do anything about it, I would simply say he is a foreigner, doesn't know Singapore's laws and you should make an effort to educate him instead of complaining. Every single time no local Singaporean would ever talk to a foreigner, because they think they are so great, so the littering continues. However, I wouldn't let a local Singaporean off so easily. I would then ask him if he considered himself a loyal Singaporean. The answer would always be a yes. I would then ask if he liked his country clean and litter-free. Another yes. I would then point to the litter previously thrown by the foreigner and ask if that looked clean and litter-free to you. The answer may take a long time coming, but it would be a no. I would then ask if, as a loyal Singaporean, if he felt it was his duty to keep Singapore clean. The answer may be reluctant, but it would be a yes. I would then say if he was truly a loyal Singaporean, he would know what to do. And lo and behold, he will surely pick up the litter that the foreign employee threw! So yes please, keep on complaining and griping and moaning and groaning, but since you guys consider yourselves loyal, true blue, patriotic, REAL, Singaporeans... you know what you should do!

If an foreigner smells bad, give him money for toiletries or go wash him yourself! If you feel that a foreigner is too young to waste his potential by working as a toilet cleaner, take him in and pay for his education! If you think female foreigners are exploited, same thing, engage a female guardian and pay for her education! And if a foreigner shits where he shouldn't, clean up after him, it's YOUR country after all! You see, it's not that difficult. As TRUE, LOYAL, and PATRIOTIC, REAL Singaporeans, you know what you should do!
