F&N share price falls as financial advisors say offer is not compelling

SINGAPORE: Shares of food and property conglomerate, Fraser & Neave (F&N) were under pressure on Thursday - falling to S$8.89. That is just one cent above a takeover offer price by Thai billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi.

Some market watchers said this suggests that investors may not be expecting a sweetened offer from the Thai tycoon.
