FORMER Singapore teen model, television show host and actor Mark Chow Yee Sze is in trouble with the law again.
The 29-year-old, whose molestation trial is set for further hearing on Dec 17, allegedly committed three criminal intimidation charges with toy guns while on $8,000 court bail.
He was charged on Nov 28 with pointing a toy gun and threatening to shoot at Ms Toh Chin Gek near Ward 31A of Institute of Mental Health on Nov 26.
Five minutes later, he allegedly threatened to shoot at three more staff of the hospital with two toy guns, with intent to cause alarm.
The third charge accuses him of threatening to shoot at Certis Cisco Sergeant Wan Mohd Halim with two toy guns at the walkway between Block 3 and the institute's emergency ward.
He was then remanded at IMH for psychiatric assessment.

Back in court on Friday, Chow's lawyers Subhas Anandan and Sunil Sudheesan were given a pre-trial conference date on Wednesday to see if a global settlement could be reached.

According to Wikipedia...

The Global Settlement was an enforcement agreement reached on April 28, 2003 between the SEC, NASD, NYSE, and ten of the United States's largest investment firms to address issues of conflict of interest within their businesses[1]

just spend less than $160 and he can squeeze, touch, caress the pros for some time if he can't fuck. why to fall into the traps of these con-women? no money to pay for one accidental touch means jail and canes here. go and die and do not be further humiliated by fcuking his ass-hole by the prison mates.

So obvious what his game plan, trying to pass off as being mentally unstable so that the judge will order for psychiatric evaluation and that when he put his acting skills to work...then he can also used this excuse as not being fully in control of his mental state when he molested the waitress..

<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->MODELLING agency boss and former television actor Mark Chow yesterday failed in a bid to have a molestation charge settled out of court.
District Judge Sarjit Singh, upon hearing the submission by Deputy Public Prosecutor Adrian Loo, turned down 29-year-old Chow's request on public interest grounds.
The trial then went ahead with one witness being called before the hearing was stood down until today.
DPP Loo had argued that Chow was unremorseful about having allegedly molested the 25-year-old operations manager of a pub in January 2007.
Chow, the founder of modelling agency M.C. Models, had also given no indication that he wanted to compound the case, said DPP Loo.
Four other charges, involving his having allegedly outraged the modesty of another 24-year-old woman, have been stood down by the prosecution.
The five molestation charges were first filed in August last year.
Chow, who starred in the 1998 Channel 8 drama A Piece of Sky and in the 1999 film Street Angel, has been accused of patting the former pub employee on her rear, stroking her thigh and groping her under her blouse, among other things.
He is said to have committed these acts in the third-floor office of the downtown pub, where the woman had gone to rest as she was drunk.
The owner of the pub, which cannot be named to protect the alleged victim's identity, testified that he went up to the office when a customer told him Chow was there.
He walked Chow downstairs, but heard later that the modelling agency boss had made his way up there again.
Later, he was informed by the woman that she had been molested. He said he calmed her down and suggested that they check the recording from the closed-circuit TV.
In the 30-minute recording shown in court yesterday, she was seen pushing Chow away and hitting him.
After his testimony, Chow's lawyer Alan Moh sought a short adjournment before cross-examining the pub owner. He and lawyer Zaminder Singh Gill also spoke to Chow outside the courtroom.
If convicted, Chow faces up to two years' jail or a fine or caning or any two of these punishments.

Seriously I don't get it. Why is it that I have this assumption that if I were to have his looks, well losing 15 kgs won't hurt, his wealth and his connections, mouths of beautiful women will be clamped over my dick 24/7? Or is it just me?

FORMER television actor and model Mark Chow Yee Sze was convicted on Thursday of molesting a former operations manager of a pub three years ago. The 30-year-old former model agency owner was found guilty of molesting the 27-year-old woman at a downtown pub on Jan 10, 2007 after a trial. The woman had testified that she felt unwell before she started work on Jan 9 that year, and after a few drinks, went up to the office to rest on the sofa. Closed-circuit television footage of what Chow did in the office was shown in court during the trial. Chow's defence was that he was merely trying to wake her up. He denied putting his hand into her blouse to touch part of her breast.

He was accused of tickling her right palm, patting her head, stroking her left cheek, left arm and the outside of her left thigh, grabbing her hands and left calf, and patting her buttocks.
Pleading for leniency, defence lawyer Subhas Anandan said his client had some mental problems as reported by a Changi General Hospital psychiatrist, and was still being treated. District Judge Sarjit Singh adjourned sentencing to April 1 to allow the prosecution to address the issues raised in Chow's medical report. Chow, who has four stood down charges, faces a jail term of up to two years or fine or caning or any two such punishments.

FORMER TV actor and model agency owner Mark Chow Yee Sze was jailed for four months and two weeks on Friday for molesting a woman and criminal intimidation.

The 30-year-old had pleaded guilty earlier to caressing the breast of a then 24-year-old aspiring model inside a unisex toilet of a bar at Gallery Hotel near Robertson Quay on Aug 16, 2006.

He also admitted to threatening to shoot at three staff members of the Institute of Mental Health while pointing a submachine gun-like object towards them at Buangkok View on Nov 26 last year.

About five minutes later, he approached a Certis Cisco officer with two pistol-like objects with intent to cause him alarm.

Four other charges of molestation and one criminal intimidation were taken into consideration during his sentencing.

Chow, who once managed MC Models International, is now unemployed.

He was fined $6,000 earlier on April 1 for molesting a former pub operations manager at the office of a downtown pub in January 2007 after a trial.

SINGAPORE : Former actor Mark Chow, who had been convicted of molestation charges, would have been a free man this Saturday if not for a successful appeal by the prosecution on Friday.

In the High Court, Justice Steven Chong said that the sentence for Chow's previous convictions was "manifestly inadequate".

For his first molestation conviction, he was initially fined S$6,000. As he could not pay in full, he had to serve four weeks' jail in default.

The prosecution appealed against the S$6,000 fine.

He was also jailed four months and two weeks after being convicted of three charges of molestation and criminal intimidation.

With the prosecution's successful appeal, he now has to serve 18 months' jail in total. The four months and six weeks which Chow had already served will be deducted from the 18 months.

Justice Chong said that there were aggravating factors such as a lack of remorse from Chow and the violation of the victim's private parts.
