SERIOUS QUESTION:

early this month, i received this application from Aviva, should i? can anybody please advise if it's good? it will cost an extra of $509.64 per year for this? do i really need this and if i apply, when do i need this, is it at age 55? thanks, i dun believe i can live that long either.
