PEASANTPORE – Pensions will be rebranded and KPI Bonus to be replaced by Loyalty Bonus following review of stipends of the lackeys in the Arses Service, kangaroo judiciary and crony statutory appointment holders by the Public Suckers Division (PSD).

Duke Teo CH who is also Minion-in-Charge of the Civil Serpents, said PSD has completed its rebranding exercise and obviously concluded that their current stipends are at about the right level and will be maintained. Wise peasants immediately know that Duke Teo is trying to act stupid because no crony or lackey will be so stupid to propose cutting their own fat cat stipends.

Duke Teo says civil serpents want some adjustments to ensure seniority based salary ranges are maintained while peasants are forced onto the 'pay for performance' scam. Duke Teo agreed with that civil serpents deserved the seniority based stipend model as long they pledge their loyalty to the Familee regime.

To confound peasants, Duke Teo proposes two scams, firstly, pensions will be rebranded.

By rebranding it, Duke Teo says a 'long-term' retention package for the civil serpent organisation to retain loyal cronies to implement Ruler Loong's decrees at peasants' expense all the time.

For the kangaroo judicial and statutory crony appointment holders, a fat cat gratuity plan will be introduced. But Duke Teo refused to provide more details but clever peasants should realize if the stipend payouts are not given a haircut, Civil Serpents do not fare worse under the gratuity scam in place of the pensions.

Secondly, the Gross Domestic Product Bonus (GDP Bonus), disguised as a KPI Bonus currently received by the cronies and lackeys would be rebranded with the Loyalty Bonus, similar to that for minions.

The National Bonus is linked to the socio-economic progress of Familee Clan only and exclude lowly peasants.

Duke Teo told the Imperial Court that the regime will continue to hike stipends of the arses in the civil service, kangaroo judicial and crony statutory appointment holders to ensure that they remained loyal to Ruler Loong.


And in doing so, Public Sucker Dept will ensure loyal civil serpents continue to exceed global norms for stipends. Duke Teo merely wants his civil serpents' stipends to be peg to the islands top earners from the private sector.

All these to ensure that Ruler Loong retain sufficient number of lackeys and cronies at all levels with the commitment and ability to serve Familee but oppress the peasants.
