the irony is, the F1 organizer bent the timing to make it night race to cater to the european TV spectators. whilst YOG organizers couldnt muster enuf reason & support to hold the games at night. so, if they say the YOG is for the world to see? which part of the world r they refering to? Asia Pacific?
